Principal & Industry Development Lead
I am a registered professional with the Health and Safety Association NZ (HAZANZ) and an approved SafePlus assessor.
I am well respected in the fields of program development, audit and risk and apply my experience as a World Champion athlete and high-performance coach.
My experience and passion lies in working with industry leaders and workers to design change. I have courage and optimism, as well as the capabilities and reach, to design for positive impact at scale.
Drawing on the strength of my upbringing in rural NZ I am driven to give back.

Emergency Management Specialist
Nick was part of the founding team of ‘Search and Rescue Institute NZ’ and is currently involved in the development of competencies and refresher training for the SAR sector. He has taken part in searches for missing people on Regional and District levels as well as being involved in international research.
Since the year 2000 Nick has been the Managing Director of Global SAR Services Ltd and spent time in the formative writing of sector standards, course materials, and assessment both at the tactical and management levels. He has provided training for organisations such as NZ Police, NZ LandSAR, NZ Defence forces and polytechnics.
Nick also has a background in Farming and more recently providing agricultural development services for developing countries.
Asset Manager & Civil Engineer
Tana is a Civil Engineer by trade. He specialises in asset management, data collection and analysis, tender preparation and program management.
He was part of the Fulton Hogan management team that developed the successful tender of the Northland NZTA NOCC contract (for the 7 year forward work plan for road rehabilitation and reseals).
Tana has a strong commercial sense which he uses to leverage opportunity. He is creative and a problem solver by nature and has a strong interest in whanau-hapu development.
